Preppz Terms of Use

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Preppz! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website ([your website address]) and our mobile application (“Preppz” or “the App”). Together, these are referred to as the “Platform.” By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform.  

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Preppz. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  1. Account Registration

To access certain features of Preppz, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your information as needed.  

  1. User Content

Preppz may allow you to submit, upload, or post content, such as comments or questions (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Preppz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Platform.  

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it will not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights. Preppz reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.  
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.  
  • Upload or transmit any viruses or other harmful code.
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users.
  1. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Preppz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without Preppz’s express written permission.  

  1. Disclaimer

Preppz is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.  

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Preppz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.  

  1. Termination

Preppz may terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.  

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Preppz may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and notify you via email or in-app notification.
